Sessions are 90 minutes long and are held every two or four weeks, depending on the needs of the client. Our course of eight sessions is designed to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of the issues they are facing, and equip them with the tools they need to address them.
Our small group coaching sessions are designed for up to six people who are facing similar business challenges. These 90-minute sessions are held monthly and provide an opportunity for group learning and support. Our course of six sessions is designed to provide group members with a supportive environment in which they can share their experiences and learn from each other.
“Pamela was a pleasure to work with, very well prepared and helped my knowledge and aspects of what I was needing to learn, I grew hugely compared to not having her beside me. I felt Pamela’s experience never forced her to be repetitive in her advice with what she would say to any other clients, it was tailored for me and I was continuously asked what I was looking to achieve. I always got the answers I was looking for. On top of all that, a lovely person to get on with. I would always recommend her. Thanks Pamela.”
