Who’s running it?
Pam Herries

Pam is a highly experienced business advisor, coach, and mentor with a focus on purpose and impact consulting. Her work centres around helping entrepreneurs and senior leaders adopt a purpose mindset, both personally and professionally. With over 30 years of experience as a business coach and consultant, Pam has helped create great workplaces and has extensive expertise in employee engagement and culture shaping, which helps organisations attract and retain talent.

Author of Purpose Prompts ™ (cards for purposeful conversations), Pam is also an Impact Economy Advisor, a mentor for SMEs with Heriot Watt University, and a Scottish Edge business investment competition judge.

Pam’s extensive experience and expertise in purpose and impact consulting, combined with her dedication to helping others achieve their goals, make her a valuable resource for women entrepreneurs and senior leaders looking to adopt a purpose mindset and create positive change in their organisations. With a background in movement she also takes a whole person approach to her work, which allows her to understand and address the unique challenges and needs of each individual she works with. Whether through one-on-one coaching, training or consulting, Pam has the skills and knowledge to help her clients achieve their full potential and make a meaningful impact in their personal and professional lives.

Loretta Windsor–Mackenzie

Loretta is a leading expert in wellbeing and mental health in the workplace expert, with a passion for creating positive workplace cultures. As the Director and Founder of Greentree Wellbeing Consultancy, Loretta’s work focuses on supporting businesses to create wellness campaigns and strategies that break stigmas and encourage positive workplace cultures.

Apart from her work with Greentree, Loretta is also a trained wellbeing and careers coach, helping individuals to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. She is the Edinburgh event coordinator for The Association for Coaching, a leading professional coaching organisation, and sits on the professional advisor group for human resource management at Edinburgh Napier University.

Loretta is also a dedicated practitioner of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, which she incorporates into her work to help individuals and organisations achieve greater wellbeing and positive outcomes. Her expertise and commitment to creating positive workplace cultures make her a valuable resource for businesses looking to improve their employees’ wellbeing and mental health.

The retreat will be hosted at Pam’s home in Liberton, Edinburgh where she has a lovely open workshop/living space with large windows to enjoy natural light.

Free on street parking outside. On the 31 bus route from Princes Street (get off at Yewlands Gardens bus stop).

What if I need to cancel?

Free cancellation 3 weeks before the retreat. If you cannot attend you can give your space to a friend or join another retreat within 12 months.
